• If your product is in stock, you can see "Currently in stock" and this item will be dispatched within 1-2 days from the warehouse in Australia. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• All international orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Australia or Seoul, South Korea within 2 business days of the order being placed.
• If your item is manufactured to order it takes 7 - 14 days as they are customised by our craftsmen for individual customers. The product will be shipped by the DHL air shipping to the customer.

• Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase if you change your mind. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision, as our jewelleries are made to order by craftsmen in oversea. Please choose carefully.
• However, we are happy to accept an exchange on items or give you our store credits on the invoice value if you change your mind.
• If you change your mind, items may be returned for an exchange or LLOYD THE GIFT credits within 7 days of purchase if:

• You have proof of purchase
• Items are genuine LLOYD THE GIFT items
• Items were purchased from the official LLOYD THE GIFT online store: LLOYDthegift.com.au
• Items are in a saleable condition (items must be unworn, unused, undamaged with all original packaging and labels as sold)
• Items are returned within 7 days of date of purchase.

• We are not required to provide an exchange on Earrings, Piercing Jewellery purchase due to hygiene and safety reasons, so please choose carefully.
