Possible delays to your order
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of parcels in the Australian postal network following the Coronavirus pandemic, Australia Post has advised your order may be impacted with possible delays.
We want to assure you we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure we get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
We apologise for any delays and appreciate your patience in these unprecedented times.
- Orders over $100: Free standard shipping
- Orders below $100: $10 Flat rate standard shipping
- If your product is in stock, you can see "Currently in stock" and this item will be dispatched within 1-2 days from the warehouse in Australia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- All international orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Australia or Seoul, South Korea within 2 business days of the order being placed.
- If your item is manufactured to order it takes 7 - 14 days as they are customised by our craftsmen for individual customers. The product will be shipped by the DHL air shipping to the customer.

- All orders: A$30 Flat rate standard shipping by Australia Post
- All orders: A$50 Flat rate Express shipping by DHL
