If you believe your items are faulty you may be eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement under the terms of LLOYD THE GIFT AUSTRALIA's warranty provided with your purchase and under the relevant provisions of Australian Consumer Law. 

You have other rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law:

LLOYD THE GIFT AUSTRALIA’s Warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude, limit or override your rights under that law.

7days Exchange policy

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of purchase if you change your mind. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make the wrong decision, as our jewelleries are made to order by craftsmen in oversea. Please choose carefully.
  • However, we are happy to accept an exchange on items or give you our store credits on the invoice value if you change your mind.
  • If you change your mind, items may be returned for an exchange or LLOYD THE GIFT credits within 7 days of purchase if:
    • You have proof of purchase
    • Items are genuine LLOYD THE GIFT items
    • Items were purchased from the official LLOYD THE GIFT online store:
    • Items are in a saleable condition (items must be unworn, unused, undamaged with all original packaging and labels as sold)
    • Items are returned within 7 days of date of purchase.
  • We are not required to provide an exchange on Earrings, Piercing Jewellery purchase due to hygiene and safety reasons, so please choose carefully. 
  • Please note that we will not pay for Returning Shipping Charges for change of mind.

    30-days money back guarantee for Damaged or Faulty items on delivery

    • We guarantee that the goods you receive from us will be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose for which they are sold, match the description and sample of those goods on our website.
    • We will reimburse for shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty or incorrect. Returns must be received within 30 days of you receiving your return approval.
    • Limitation on claims
      • Our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to:
        • the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods (or the payment of the cost of the replacement or supply);
        • or the repair of the goods (or the payment of the cost of the repair),
